Local Natives are being discovered slowly but surely by music lovers and everyone in between. This five man indie band is based out of Silverlake, California. Currently opening up on tour for Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zero's, the Local Natives are getting a warm welcome at venue's across the country. A personal favorite of the band is "Wide Eyes" which is on their debut album Gorilla Manor and available for purchase. Take a listen and enjoy.

B*tches Ain't Sh*t - Bens Fold

So I've decided that I basically throw up random music in no specific order, but all of it's good (at least by my standards)! After Bens Fold Five split Bens Fold took his musical career into his own hands and continued his journey by expressing his inner most feelings. He just happens to share the same thought process as Dr. Dre did from 1992. Although this song comes out some 17 years later after Dre released his original it makes me realize somethings never change...

Best I Ever Had (Matamatics Remix)

A classy, cool and sexy version of Best I Ever Had by Drake. This is the first remix I found by the matamatics and if they all sound this good I'm looking forward to hearing other remixes from them. Definitely among my favorite songs :-)

In For the Kill (Diplo Club Killers) - La Roux

I first heard this track while listening to the TRVSDJAM Coachella Mix wondering what this bubbly sounding electro song is called and who it sung it. Well I found it. In For the Kill is by the English electro-pop duo La Roux and tastefully remixed by Diplo. While it's not the newest song on the music scene it's definitely a must have.
